1. After the machine is unpacked, first check whether the random technical information is complete and whether the machine is damaged during transportation so that it can be resolved in time.
2. Install and adjust the feeding assembly and discharging assembly according to the outline diagram in this manual.
3. Add new lubricating oil to each lubrication point.
4. Turn the machine with a shaking handle and check whether the machine is running in the correct direction (facing the motor spindle in a counterclockwise direction). The machine must be protected and grounded.
5. If it is discontinued for a long time, empty the materials in the pipeline.
6. Do a good job of cleaning and hygienic operations, adhere to the cleaning of the surface of the machine, often eliminate the accumulation of materials on the scale body, and pay attention to the cleaning of the electronic control cabinet.
7. The sensor is a high-precision, high-sealing, and high-sensitivity equipment. Impact and overload are strictly prohibited. It must not be touched during operation, and disassembly is prohibited for non-maintenance needs.
