This machine is controlled by a PLC program. Following the operating instructions, start the main unit and activate the required function switches; the equipment will automatically perform tube loading, label recognition and positioning, filling and inspection (with quantity control), cleaning the inner wall of the tube, inserting the dispensing nozzle into the tube for filling, sealing the tube end (by crimping) and printing batch codes, cutting, and discharging the finished product into a pre‑prepared container or conveyor system.
